Terry Fultz, Manager/CEO
Terry started working for the credit union in May 1979 as the only paid employee. An open door policy invites members to give ideas, opinions and feedback.
Terry has three grown children and 6 grandchildren and hopes to retire in 5 years to spend more time with them.

In her spare time she and her husband enjoy gardening, photography, cooking, travel and family.

Tina Dhooghe, Loan Processor and Senior Member Service Representative
Tina Dhooghe has been with the credit union for 7 ½ years. She is the senior member representative and helps with opening in the morning, processing loans, certificates, Visa debit & credit and is learning more about IRA’s. Tina feels that working to meet members needs is a very enjoyable, educational and satisfying job.
Tina and her husband, Walt, are busy with the lives of their 6 children, 3 of whom are married, and 2 grandchildren. There are very few dull moments in their life and when one appears, they thoroughly enjoy it.

Jody Reed, Member Service Representative
Jody came to the credit union in March of 2003 after working in the retail business for 11 years.
As a member service representative, Jody enjoys working with members the most. Some of her other duties include paying property taxes, monitoring insurance, completing title perfection and inactive account tracking.
In her spare time Jody enjoys remodeling her home with her husband Vince.

Carol Smith, Member Service
Representative
Carol started at the credit union in May of 2004 as a part-time employee. She came to the credit union after eight years as Executive Director of the Montesano Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Information Center.
Carol, who has two grown children and seven grandchildren, is a caregiver for her mother. In addition, she volunteers with Habitat for Humanity of GH; works with her daughter in an event planning business; and enjoys playing bingo, sewing, working crossword puzzles and traveling.
